ICSI Rm. Vâlcea is a partner of the Ministry of Environment, together with ANPM, ANM and INCAS, within the project “Improving the Air Quality Assessment and Monitoring System at National Level”, financed within the Large Infrastructure Operational Programme, Priority Axis 4. Environmental protection by biodiversity conservation measures, air quality monitoring and decontamination of historically polluted sites, Component 1 – Call: POIM/10/4/2/Increasing the level of assessment and monitoring of air quality at national level by developing monitoring tools.
The main objective of the project carried out between 2020 and 2023 is to increase the level of air quality assessment and monitoring in Romania, in order to support the authorities responsible for achieving efficient air quality management and ensuring good public information on ambient air quality, with direct effects on increasing the quality of life.
