The Conference will be held in Călimaneşti-Căciulata resort, Vâlcea County, at Cozia Hotel, located on the DN7 road.

Călimăneşti-Căciulata can be reached either from Bucharest or Sibiu, on the following routes:

-Bucharest (Henri Coandă Airport)-Piteşti-Rm. Vâlcea-Căciulata. There are several bus connections from Bucharest Militari Bus Station, Autogara Militari

-Sibiu (International Airport)-Căciulata, following DN7. There are many bus connections from Sibiu to Căciulata from Transmix Bus Station, near Sibiu Rail Station Autogara Transmix
