REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

International Conference on Tritium Science and Technology – Tritium 2022 will be hosted by the National Research and Development Institute for Cryogenics and Isotopic Technologies – ICSI Rm. As a registered attendee of the conference Tritium 2022, you have to agree to the following regulation

REGISTRATION DATES
Early Rate for full conference registrations are accepted on, or before 5th September, 2022. 
After 5th September, 2022, all the conference registrations will have the Regular Fee.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be sent to the organizers of the Tritium 2022 conference, in writing, to the email address conference@tritium2022.ro
The participation fees paid may be lost in case of cancellation of the participation in the conference after 5th September, 2022.

SUBSTITUTION
A substitute attendee may participate in your place by a prior arrangement. Substitutions, including those made on-site, are allowed with the written permission of the original attendee, sent to the e-mail address conference@tritium2022.ro

PAYMENT 
Online (credit card) and bank transfer payments are accepted. A proforma invoice will be sent to the attendee before the payment, but only after the registration form is sent at the address conference@tritium2022.ro. 
The registration fee can be paid only in EURO.
Mandatory information required for issuing the invoice is: name and surname of the delegate, name and address of the institution, and VAT number of the institution (the VAT number will be completed by the atendee in the proforma invoice).
To track easily your bank transfer payment, please email conference@tritium2022.ro after payment, with your name and the invoice number. Please ensure that your name and complete invoice number are included on the transfer notice.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
The following payment methods are accepted:
•	Online (credit card) payment : by Visa and Mastercard (no other cards are accepted). Credit card payments will be charged in the currency of the conference and this cost will be converted to the currency of your credit card by your credit card company.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the amount you pay must cover the conference fee and any transfer charges or other charges collected by the bank. Ask your bank about the transfer charges.

PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING
The conference, Tritium 2022, takes place in a public space, therefore we cannot prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, and companies from photographing or audio-video recording some moments of the conference. The organizers reserve the right to use the images made at the conference in future marketing materials.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
It is recommended that conference attendees and accompanying persons have adequate travel, health and accident insurance. The Tritium 2022 conference organizers cannot assume the responsibility for personal injury or loss or damage to private property belonging to the event participants and accompanying persons.

IMPORTANT

Please be aware that, accordingly with the EU's Revised Directive on Payment Services (PSD2), all e-payment transactions must follow Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) policy. Therefore, the e-payment must ensure to enable the 3D Secure 2.0 protocol and all transactions will be authenticated using two verification steps: a 3D Secure password/PIN and an SMS security code, which will be received during the payment process;
Please verify the maximum amount of total daily e-payment or the maximum transactions limit imposed by the bank that issued your bank card;
Please make sure you do not have a short time lag between two consecutive transactions. The minimum time between two consecutive credit card transactions with the same credit card and the same amount is 30 minutes, otherwise subsequent transactions are considered duplicate and will be rejected.
Please, do not use the "back" or "refresh" button to start a new payment. After each successful transaction, please close all windows and then open a new session.
