"Fuzzy informatical system for simulation and evalution of the technological and ecological risk scenaries and the way of action in the context of climatic changes - INFORISC"

The project proposes the introduction of the fuzzy systems and decisions, mathematical computation and GIS technology for identification, analyze and evaluation of hazards and natural and technological risks determined by extreme meteorological and climatic phenomena, associated with an urban area, as well for identification of the measures for risk reduction.
The purpose of the project will be the realization of an informatical system, which allowes the evaluation of the qualitative and quantitative risk, associated to a locality, based on systems and decisions fuzzy, mathematical computation, existing data and systematical creative, imaginative actions, about the effect of the extreme meteorological and climatic phenomena on the natural and artificial environment.
